General Park FAQ's
- Is the park wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the park is on a very level ground with all bridges and walkways accessible to people in wheelchairs,
we also have disabled access friendly toilets.
- Can we bring our own shade huts into the park?
Yes, sunshades and shade shelters are permitted to be brought into the park; however those which require pegs & ropes are not permitted as they are a trip hazard for other park guests. All sunshade shelters must be erected on grassed lawn areas away from all pathways and bridges.
- Do you have lockers?
Yes, the park has hundreds of pin code lockers available for hire in the Lake View Pavilion,
Allanson Pavilion and the water park toilets and change room building. Lockers are available
for hire for the day. Price $10.
- Do you rent out towels and swim wear?
No, due to hygiene reasons the park does not hire out towels or swimwear.
The parks merchandise store, the Surf Shop sells swim wear, towels, rash vests and board
shorts to suit the whole family.
