- All tickets must be ordered and prepaid in a maximum of two transactions,
- 7 working days prior to function date.
- Free reserved undercover area provided for your exclusive use in one of our pavilions or marquees within our lawned picnic areas.
- You are welcome to sign your area for identification. Reserved areas are allocated to groups in relation to the number of admission tickets purchased.
- Free reserved seating provided. We guarantee seating for at least 85% of your group at any one time.
- Free Gas Barbeque cooking facilities. One free BBQ per 50 paying guests. Additional BBQs can be hired on the day from the Guest Services Desk.
- Free present storage available prior to function date.
- Free personalised admit one group admission tickets.
- Free A3 posters, brochures and guide maps supplied.
- Free car & bus parking.
- Park premises are fully licensed.
- Vehicle access inside the park must be completed before the parks gates open at 10am.
