Group booking’s must be CONFIRMED and fully PREPAID a minimum of 7 working  days before the date of function to receive the group ticket price or general admission prices apply. A deposit of $1,040 is required to make a group booking, deposit non-refundable. FINAL ticket number’s (including Optional Extras) must  be CONFIRMED and PREPAID a minimum of 7 working days prior to function date. Group Tickets will be mailed out in advance upon receipt of final payment. Please allow 7 working days for postage & handling ($8 postage fee applies). Tickets cannot be picked up at the gate on the day. Guests will be required to present their group admission ticket to gain entry to the park. Please ensure your group admission tickets have been distributed to guests before the function date. Adventure Park will not hold group admission tickets at the gate under any circumstances. Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. Adventure Park has a no refund ticket policy which includes inclement weather.  Additional group tickets cannot be purchased on the day. Guests without their admission ticket on the day of the function will be required to purchase a single day pass ticket valued at $34. UNPRESENTED GROUP ADMISSION TICKETS. All group admission tickets are issued for entry on the booking date – however tickets not presented on the group function date are valid for use up until 26 April 2011 (excludes use between 26 Dec 2010 to 31 Jan 2011 inclusive) to cater for unforeseen circumstances.
